Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Orders can be picked up by appointment from our Van Nuys warehouse at no charge. To arrange a pick up, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our normal business hours are Mon-Sat from 9am to 5pm, but often we are either out in the market or on offsite jobs, so those hours can (and do) vary.
What are my shipping options?
All available options in your region will automatically appear at checkout based on your area of delivery.
We do not ship to AL, DE, KY, MS, OK, or UT.
If you live in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, NM or ID, our default shipping method is GSO, which takes one to two days.(Typically one day to CA, AZ and NV; two days to OR, WA, NM and ID), as this is the fasted, most cost effective method. However, if you prefer an alternate means of delivery, you will have the ability to request that as well.
If you live in CO, MT or WY, our default shipping method is FedEx ground, which takes 3 – 4 days. Again, if you prefer an alternate means of delivery, you will have the ability to request that as well.
If you live in TX or IL, shipments must first go though one our local compliance hubs near you shipped from our facility in Napa via refrigerated truck. Trucks leave here every Monday and arrive at their respective hubs later in the week. From there, your wines are forwarded on via common carrier on the first available Monday Tuesday, or Wednesday for arrival prior to the upcoming weekend. By law, there is no alternative shipping method if you live west of the Rockies. This option will appear at checkout as “Climate Controlled Ground (7-14 day)”.
For all other state West of the Rockies, you will have the option to ship flat rate ground (3-7 days) or 2nd Day air. We will use the most efficient, cost effective shipper in your area (either FedEx or UPS). Again, if you prefer an alternate means of delivery, you will have the ability to request that as well.
Do you offer ice pack shippers?
Yes, upon request, we can ship your wine in KoolPacks for additional $10 per box.
Do I need to be at the designated place of delivery when my order arrives?
All orders will be sent with a 21+ signature requirement. The carrier delivering your order will be unable to leave the package on your front door, back porch, etc.
Do you ship in the summer and winter months?
We are happy to offer various shipping options aimed at minimizing the chance of temperature related damage. However, during periods of extreme heat (or cold), we may hold your order by default until safe shipping is possible (you’ll get an email, don’t worry). We do this for your benefit and to protect the integrity of your wine, but we understand that sometimes you just can’t wait. If this is the case, just say the word and we’ll make it happen – however, please understand that if you choose to ship your order against our recommendation, you assume full responsibility for all weather-related damage.
My order is in stock, but I’m not ready to receive it at this time – can you store it for me?
We are happy to offer free storage for up to six months of free storage. Beyond the time, we reserve the right to charge $10 per case, per month.
